Aura Cleaners ("we", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as modernized by Law 25. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have over your data.

Aura Cleaners is the business responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

2. Information we collect
When you request a quote or book a service, we collect: first and last name, mobile phone number, email address, service address, and the details of the service you configure (home size, frequency, preferred date and time).
We do not collect sensitive data such as health information, and payment card details are processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe); we never see or store your full card number.
3. Why we use your information
Your information is used exclusively to: prepare and send your quote, confirm and schedule your service, assign available team members, send booking confirmations and reminders by email or WhatsApp, process the deposit payment, and contact you about your service.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Consent
By checking the consent box in our forms, you expressly agree to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes described above.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to auracleaner.ca@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
5. Retention and security
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (access controls, encryption in transit, restricted staff access) to protect your data against loss, theft or unauthorized access.
6. Your rights
Under Quebec law you have the right to: access your personal information, request its rectification, request its deletion, withdraw your consent, and file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

This site uses only essential browser storage (for example, to remember your language and your quote session). We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.
